Wendy's 12820 South Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32837

"Was asked to pull forward while I waited for my food immediately after paying the cashier, I ignored the request because while I drove past the windows the restaurant was completely empty which makes sense because its "late in the evening" after ignoring the request the cashier asked me a second time to pull forward. I informed the cashier that I would not until I received my food. Was informed that they had other orders....Like guy I'm the only customer here and nobody is behind me in the drive through I can see in my rear-view mirror AND your dine in section is empty. I was very polite about it, but upon the refusal to pull forward, the chaos erupted inside the Wendys kitchen, because now they actually had to work according to their company policy because they cannot push a button and say on the computer, I received my food! When I didn't, so now the clock actually matters and they cannot make my food at their leizure, employees were yelling at other employees to and Qoute "PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG, PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG, GET OFF YOUR PHONE AND STOP LOOKING CUTE AND FLIRTING WITH YOUR STREAM!!!! PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG!!!! As other employees chimed in and began yelling and stressing one male employee could be heard yelling "YOU GOT ME ON FOUR STATIONS!" Not only do they clearly seem poorly trained or are being poorly managed, perhaps both, both drinks were the same instead of being the correct flavors as I ordered 1x Coke and 1x Dr Pepper, one of the sandwiches was missing bacon and I paid for a meal combo that costs extra to have "the bacon"!!. I choose not to drive back because why would I??? This location cannot properly do their jobs to make 2x combo meals for literally 1# car in their drive through. Food left a lot to be desired, however it doesn't matter too much as I won't be returning."

"The guy in the drive thru didn't do his job well, i paid $17+ for my order. trusting him, that he is doing his job well. Unfortunately he is not my order is missing one burger. He likes to play with his co workers while his doing his job."

"Usually the management ive seen there is amazing but tonight there was different management who couldn't even switch a small soda for a large..on the app, it gives you the option to pick small, med, or LG.... I picked small on accident and she acted like switching to large was going to bankrupt the restaurant... I work in management, and thus is not how you help the guests. Soda is so cheap...but this is not the way.. the morning management is great"

"Came through the drive thru today around 3:00pm … Sat there for almost 3 minutes before someone greeted me and let me know that she’ll be right with me … then waited an additional 5 minutes waiting for my order to be took and the reason was “ it was an issue at the window” boom I’m like okay I’m patient enough. So NEXT I order my food ask for my biggie deal with baconator fries …. I get regular fries, cheese sauce but it was cold! , and no ketchup/mustard or onions on my double stack without me mentioning I don’t want any! At a point I am disappointed and would have loved my money back but I didn’t want to give them more of a hard time then they was having. Idk who the manager is but please help your workers Out and train them to answer within the first 3 seconds even if it’s saying hello and making us hold."

"Unfortunately, had to explain my pick up name and order three times. Asked twice when ordering to pick up my mobile order. Went to the window, they still didn’t find my order. Finally get my order, drive off to find out they got my order wrong, went back to get it fixed and they still got it wrong so had to go back again. And they gave a bit of attitude like if I got the order wrong. Didn’t even want to go back when I found out they forgot the honey mustard sauce. And got my drink wrong :/"
