"The most horrible place I’ve been at SeaWorld, today on 02/16/2024 me and my family have been through the most horrible employees and staff member on this place, not only were we completely ignored by the employees but our food was also horrible at least half of my cheeseburger was burned and looked like straight up charcoal, also one of the employees in question name “ove”who worked with the drinks, was one of the rudest simply because we asked her if they still had French fries (because no one wanted to answer us at the food section) and if we could have coke on my refil cup instead of the paper one she then proceeded to roll her eyes at us and have a bad attitude, don’t recommend and honestly if you want to have a good experience in SeaWorld relating to food, please pass straight by this restaurant because no one should be mistreated so badly like we did in there."
"Unfortunately this has been our worst dining experience at Sea World. There was no line and we figured it would be a quick stop, but the service was still actually quite slow. The worst part is the food was bad. The burger was dry and way overcooked. Saying it was well done would be putting it nicely. I would absolutely skip this location in the future since there are far better options elsewhere in the park."
"To whoever may this concern: Your location sucks, your staff is very rude and don’t care about your customers, specially the morse serving the drinks, also pay attention to the one grilling after sneezing all over the fries, literally. Romina was actually the only one that said “Hi” and smiled. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE CORRECTLY, you all are such a joke. Do not hesitate to reach out as needed. - MR"
"The cheese burger was really good and comes with 2 patties. Onion rings were crispy and tasted good. Fresh fruit is high quality. I would eat it again but going to try to eat somewhere else to try it."
