"This place is obviously not under the good management anymore. I have been going there for 20 years and for some reason it has rarely had decent food and they almost always get your order wrong. I ordered a family bundle this evening and received 3, rock hard woppers with liquefied tomatoes and Mayo, as if it had been in the steamer for hours. It was disgusting!"
"This is an update to my original review. Chicken sandwich is old, lettuce is old, and onion rings are old! Fountain drink not mixed properly! Ridiculous! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Place should close. Line is always long, then you finally think you are next to place your order, and there is complete silence. No one takes your order. One employee is not enough to run this Burger King, it should not be legal. Save yourself the trouble, go to McDonald’s!"
"NO ONE WORKING. We went to Burger King at about 8:30pm and the store was open and no one was taking our order thru the drive thru. We drove around and saw through the windows, kids working there and chatting in the back. Swung back around they started to take orders (2 cars ahead of me) then my burger tasted like it was made yesterday; bread thin and hard (my son's was just fine) and my onion rings tasted rancid. Went back around to replace and they were gone again. I went to southchase and got excellent service...terrible management. Just dont bother. Goto the SouthChase location where Isabelle the mgr will take care of you. She replaced my terrible meal. She was an angel."
