"Ordered catering for an event. Apparently the Winghouse prepares all their food and a third party delivers it. First the awesome people over at wing house never received the order from Dickies. Then the delivery driver left without telling anyone when he would be back to get the order. I picked the food up myself and was 40min later that I had anticipated for the 40 attending to eat. Very disappointing for a $1063.54 catering order."
"Ordered online chose wrong store. Tried to cancel order within 5 minutes, was in queue. I Was at the Ocoee location the nice people . They tried to help me cancel. I called the Kirkman store they said cancel it on the app. No option! Called again lady said we will call back give us a couple hours. Nothing. Now 12 hours later shows I picked up order? Nope! I’ll try disputing charge. Avoid the Orlando location on Kirkman."
"This was by far the worst uber eats order I've ever gotten. Regular plate? Cold chewy meat, litterely 3 tiny slices of chicken, the little plastic box was almost empty! Is this a joke? Beans were warm but taste like sugar, nothing else, beans in caramel sauce... what a disappointment, I'm in disbelief that this restaurant is still open. Just wow...And what's the point giving me a big take-out box, false hope for more food only to find a second plastic container with beans in it??? What a joke!!!"
"Absolutely unprofessional and ruined holiday meal. Ordered food a week in advance, called day before and had to change some items which we worked through, 2 minutes before pick up they call and say they have no food left to fill our thousand dollar order. They used food to fill smaller orders and ran out. Had to run to Publix and buy fried chicken to feed employees. Don't waste your time."
"I ordered Uber eats from here and never will I ever eat at a Dickey's again they sent half my order to me I was missing a whole item I ordered on top of almost all my sides the Mac and cheese is Kraft and disgusting. Everything arrived cold as if was left out for an hour didn't eat anything because I was so disgusted by the packaging and the temperature of the food. Like health inspection needed immediately because they have no sense of food temps or packing items correctly. Meat is dry from the look of it also. I do not recommend this place at all"
