"This is the worst Burger King I have visited. So bad, I left without tte food. The manager needs to be replaced. She is slow and gets confused easily. It’s a slow, very slow restaurant and she can’t keep up. Then she starts yelling at her employee. Yes, employee. Only one employee and the manager running the place. And as soon as you enter, you feel the bad energy."
"This place should get 0 stars! I went to the drive thru and was asked to wait because they're doing shift changes. (Never heard of that procedure before) I waited 6 minutes and when nobody ever said anything I went to the window. The workers walked by and looked at me, but nothing. Finally someone comes & asks if someone took my order. I tell her no and she proceeds to say, "well, I told you we are doing shift change and ypu had to wait" I respond, "well how long does that take, because I've been waiting" "well we have to count 2 registers" Seriously?! If you can't count 2 registers and take an order maybe it's time for a career change. I have never heard of a fast food restaurant having to stop taking orders because of a shift change. Ridiculous."
"Staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Wouldn’t let me finish my order via intercom and I had to pull around myself because they completely stop responding. Then when I asked what happen this grown lady that could definitely be someone grandmother wanna have an attitude rolling her eyes all because I asked if there was a reason why they didn’t let me finish my order. I’m a bank manager and I know that customer service is imperative to have a successful business. Hence why I didn’t fuss or fight with that worker I kindly requested my order to be cancelled and left. I refuse to have anyone that is so bothered and miserable by there place of employment to prepare any meal I consume."
