Sonic Drive-In

"It's a drive in so there's not much to it. Quicker to go through the drive through than than park and wait. Onion rings are tasty and stay warm but you have to like the thicker batter. The food is cooked to order and always served hot. The mozzarella sticks were mid, but it was what I ordered so... The burger is the best. I ordered a double sonic cheeseburger with no tomatoes, onion or mayo. They always get it right. The burger was big and filling. No need to go to those other fast food joints ever again. Only thing comparable for a burger is Culver's and this was slammin'."

"Very run down, screens in stalls don't work. Told we can't do separate orders in the drive through. Told we have to order one meal, then click the button to page in again to order the second order. Slow service on answering calls box at drive through and stall. What happened to this place, 4 or 5 years ago this place was quick, clean and orderly. Seems like you got rid of a good manager."

"WARNING: For your own safety do NOT eat at this Sonic. I received the wrong order and then found a metal screw inside my burger. I am thankful I quickly realized and stopped chewing or my mouth could've been seriously injured. I contacted this store to receive compensation and got no help. I suggested they check the rest of their food for screws and metal objects in case there's more but they quickly and rudely dismissed me. I have since filed a health complaint and contacted corporate. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. I am completely and totally disappointed with Sonic."

"Food was burnt. Chicken was soggy. Lettuce was black. Burgers looked like they sat under a warmer for hours. Allergic to pickles and they put that on my burger when asked not too and every other topping I did not ask for. Manager at the store was rude and claimed we HAD to come back now for a refund or we won’t get anything at all. This isn’t the first issue either. They forgot our child’s main course during our last visit and at that time gave us 7 days to come back for a refund/replacement. Worst store ever and I will never spend my money here again."

"I live about 4/6 minutes away from this store location. I’ve arrived to this store 3 different nights in the past week, only to be told they are closed each visit due to all reason that don’t make since. i arrived at 10:58pm on august 4th couldnt be served because manager was outside and nobody to make order was inside 11:15pm august 10th because they had to take a break & 11:20 august 18th because minor want home early. I’m at manger at Wendy’s (3910 University Blvd W Jacksonville, FL 32217 United States) I’ve ran my shift 5:30am-5:30pm with three ppl before there is no excuse why it can’t be done for a hour. So when asked for a number to speak with he the guy in the said oh closed the door made himself drinks and left out the other door. When ain’t the manager in red via phone call she proceeded to hang up so i called multiple times watching her hit the end button she locks all doors and ignored me then came outside threatening to send me to jail if i didnt leave the property. This is unacceptable and if nothing is done by her actions i will go higher into your industry to get a solution! I’ve proved pictures is the facility as well as my call log. NEVER AGAIN! NOT RECOMMENDED"
