"Disappointment all around. Waited 20 minutes to get seated even though there was half a dozen dirty tables waiting to be cleaned and weren't. Another 10 minutes to get the drink order from a staff member who clearly wasn't wait staff. Same employee took the dinner order. I'd guess they had to be short handed. Received our drinks in to-go cups instead of glasses like the ones we saw on other tables. When the Bloomin' onion arrived it was seriously over cooked. No quality control for items leaving the kitchen. Buddy said his steak wass ok and likewise my burger was too. Really expect better than ok. I'm guessing a manager came by to ask about the returned appetizer. She was far more service oriented and comped the item. Only decent service we received. Not likely to return as this is the impression I had from the last Outback franchise I visited in Nevada a couple years back. Just not the quality restaurant I remembered from a decade ago."

"Don’t do curbside pickup, your food will sit and sit and sit until you go inside to get it. I understand accidents happen so no big deal, just annoying that I tipped extra thinking someone would bring it out and I ended up getting it myself. Burger that I requested medium cooked was well done, again, no big deal. Steak seemed okay according to girlfriend so that part is good. A pair of two fake eyelashes on my fries is where I really was annoyed."

"Tammy is an exceptional server! We had a birthday party where she was our server. She stayed on top of all of our needs all the while taking care of her other tables. She's the best server we've encountered in years. We'll be back for sure."

The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that every detail of our dining experience was taken care of. All in all, my visit to Outback Steakhouse was a culinary journey worth remembering. If you’re looking for a satisfying and hearty meal, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu offerings!
