Tropical Smoothie Cafe

"I ordered here from uber eats on Jan 27. Apparently they didn't give the driver my smoothie. I ordered a smoothie and 2 different wraps. I was told by uber they aren't going to refund me even after showing a picture of the delivery with no smoothie. They claim its tropical smoothies fault and to complain here so here we are. Thanks for making me pay for a smoothie I didn't get."

"This place is terrible. Super slow. Ordered online and when I went to pick up order the lobby was closed, so I had to go sit in drive through(ordering online was to skip the drive through) when we got to the window it was 20 minutes past pick up time and the smoothies were melted neither sandwich was made. The employees seemed to have no motivation or care about the orders or providing quality service."

"We ordered the jerk chicken wrap, and it was delicious. The smoothie was very light and refreshing. My kids enjoyed eating the grill cheese quesadilla. The staff wasn't too friendly, but the food outweighed that issue."

Only which they had smaller smoothie options I never finished mine unless that's the only thing I order. Its kinda in my area not to far of sa drive great place to stop in and grab something on the lighter side if in the area. Prior to going into Walmart so you dont over fill your cart lol."
