"I ordered before 10:30 on the app for my breakfast. I arrived at 11:05 at the counter and they told me they had already thrown away all breakfast however this was preordered and ordered on time through the app. Inconvenient and a bit inconsiderate."
"A usual great meal from a chain that is renowned for its service and hot food. However, a small negative trend has begun. After placing an order online and prior to our arrival, I found myself waiting for that same order and watching vehicles that pulled in alongside ours and receiving their food 1st. ??? What are the benefits of using their mobile app and placing an order long before you arrive?? There are none if you are forced to wait longer than the guests who did utilize the same ordering application."
"We went through the drive-through and placed a large order it and thought they had put a receipt in our bag so that we could add the points to our account when we got home. Only to find out there was no receipt so we tried to call the restaurant to inform them that we would like to have a receipt so we could add the points to our Chick-fil-A account when we called on the phone no one would answer, and they recommended that we call headquarters. So we called headquarters and told them what happened and they said that they would put in a message to the restaurant. It has now been 2 to 3 weeks and we have yet to hear from this restaurant. Also we have been in that restaurant, one other time while we were waiting to hear from them, and I mentioned to a management person while we were there that we had done this and that we were waiting on someone to call us. They said that they normally send an email. I have checked my email and nothing has been sent and it’s been 2 to 3 weeks. This restaurant really sucks when it comes to customer service. They do not call their customers they do not send emails they don’t do anything and sometimes their food is hipness. I am very disappointed and I’m very bothered by the fact of how they act I don’t know how they stay in business and I am probably not going to be going back there and I don’t recommend than anyone else does either."
