Sonic Drive-In

"Came with a car full of hungry kids. Hit the button, lady came on and said to wait, immediately clicked off. Okay, fine. Whatever. *Deactivated button* *Wait a couple minutes* *push button* "Welcome to Sonic, please wait." We waited another 10 to 15 minutes (over 20 total) while my kids smell food cooking without being able to order and left like we watched other customers doing. At no point did she just come on and say, "we're short staffed, it will take a while to even take orders," or, "things are backed up and orders are taking a long time, just thought I'd let you know," etc. or anything like that. They raised their prices to their current insanity and haven't staffed their restaurant. So we just won't go to Sonic anymore. The last few times have just been so bad."

"Brought the wrong order first. Then when the order came out the turtle blast was not mixed at all, the peanut butter shake was so thick I couldn’t drink it and when I got home and attempted to eat it with spoon the first inch was peanut butter and the rest was just thick vanilla soft serve. And the kid acted like it was out of his way to bring a straw back to the car when he forgot it. Service was extremely fast, probably because they didn’t mix. Worst service ever"

"Drive-thru order taker was super rude... no customer service skills. Line was four cars deep when I pulled up to order and was not greeted or acknowledged until their line cleared. The microphone in order area Drive through is not working and he made me repeat order several times only to not get it right. He also seemed agitated to even serve me. When I asked him to repeat and verify he had switched off and ignored my request. Left and went to another place... not good service and employees don't care Read reviews and you can see 1 star ⭐ consistently. Stay away."

"Atrocious food. My wife and I got a couple of cheese burdgers, a chocolae shake, and anorder of fries. Every bit of it was awful and cold. The fries were barely half filled and the shake was just ice cream and chocolate sauce barely mixed. No milk so, it couldn't be drunk through the straw. Twenty dollars for inediable food; this place is awful."

"I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt since you pretty much expect poor customer service when going to fast food restaurants these days but the employees here somehow manage to take it to a whole new level. Every time I've parked to place an order at one of the kiosks they will either never respond or ask me to wait a moment before completely forgetting about me and taking orders from other people that parked after my arrival. Half the time they make excuses claiming their system is down and they can't take any orders. The drive thru is no better. Today was the third time that I pulled up to the speaker to put my order in and they never respond when I can see them in the restaurant looking out the window at me. Perhaps you should consider hiring some employees that are actually willing to do their job. The food is very hit or miss. Sometimes it will be decent and somewhat fresh. Sometimes you can tell that the chili cheese fries were made hours ago and have just been sitting there getting stale. When I'm lucky enough to actually get food the order is constantly wrong or missing items. The cream slushes are disgusting and you can tell the machine hasn't been cleaned because whenever I order a strawberry cream slush there will be little bits of other fruit and chocolate mixed in as well. One time there was just crushed ice in the cup with no ice cream or fruit. The location is filthy and run down. Several of the ordering kiosks are out of order. There's always trash all over the property. Instead of copy and pasting the same response to all the negative reviews how about you actually address the problems at this location. We shouldn't have to escalate complaints to the franchise owner. That's your job... This location is a waste of time and money. I'm done with this place."
