"Location Jacksonville FL. Calamari was super dry and the fried banana peppers were just not tasty. The most insulting appetizer was the “Heirloom” tomatoes and burrata cheese: In reality there were 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half for a total of 6 tiny pieces and a huge piece of mozzarella cheese. If you know what heirloom tomatoes looks like you then understand the size difference and how the ration of off. DO NOT TRY THEIR LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE. That was the last straw for me . It tasted like dressing I cannot believe they charge $24 for that. I had the bone-in ribeye and my husband had the lamb those were ok. But we ate with no sides since the mac and cheese was unacceptable for us. I dont mind spending money on food but it has to be worth it. This was not a fun experience and I do not recommend this place. Nothing fine about this dining."
"Had our Valentines Dinner @chophousethirteen and I 100% recommend! The service was great and shoutout to Nate and Taylor for the exceptional dinner experience. Here’s what we had: Chilled Lobster & Caviar Escargot Caesar Salad 36oz Porterhouse Steak Chocolate Mousse Torte Drinks were amazing too! So overall, food, atmosphere, service, etc was phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!"
"My wife and I stopped in tonight and had the best experience. This was our first time here and everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere was phenomenal. Shout out to Ryan and everyone else for making our first time here so great! We will definitely be back again!"
"This was my family’s first time experiencing chop house and everything was wonderful! Kylie was incredible and seraphic. The atmosphere was elegant, the service was personal and the food was top class. The drinks are really strong and sometimes overpowering. They should add one or two softer alcoholic beverages to offset the strong ones for low tolerance guests. The, calamari was delicious and my wife hates calamari! The truffle meatballs were delicious, but the pork belly stole the appetizer show. My brother and I had the 18 oz bone-in ribeye(medium rare). The ribeye has a beautiful light char and is packed with flavor! To top it off we have the banana bread pudding and the crème brûlée. Both were decadent and delicious. Myself and my family will definitely be back for more."
