"First waste of money. I ordered from them from the Google page. Spent over 50 plus dollars and it was delivered delivery was great by door dash driver but food was wrong and I have wrote to them and took pictures of it all and sent it to them nobody from the restaurant has try to make it right and I have emailed the main office and have not got a email or a phone call from them too. If you work at or for a restaurant people should make sure the stuff going out is right and if not something needs to be done not go and take money from people and send out the wrong order and then not email them back on the issue. And working people are human too but people need to stop and put their self in what if it was a worker from that company that got a order like that would they like it. No so after today no church chicken and if I don't hear from them about this issue in 24 hours I will call my card company and the company will see because I have tried to deal with them myself so next will be my card company so church chicken y'all need to treat people right and call or email them back and I don't want some little manager I want the GM to email me"
"The female cashier with the glass eye working the drive-thru was extremely rude to my Mom for NO REASON AT ALL. She rushed her when she ordered at the speaker and continued to have an attitude when she drove to the window and asked for barbecue sauce. Why as paying customers we get treated so rudely FOR NO REASON?! 1/5/24 1:23pm was the exact time of the incident."
"My first and last time. The chicken had no flavor, and the grease was overwhelming as if they redropped it in the fryer, the Mac and cheese looked and tasted at least a day old, and they forgot a biscuit. I’ll take kfc or Popeyes any day over this garbage."
