Sonic Drive-In

"Either I'm confused or the world has gone crazy. I ordered three medium popcorn chicken entrees that have always came in a square box not, the small tater tot containers. I'd also ordered a large drink with my meal and when the girl gave me a medium drink I knew size was not her strong suit. I explained that the amount of popcorn chicken they gave me was not the normal amount. She said that's how we've always served them. She's probably been there a week total. Not her fault though somebody trained her and obviously trained her wrong. Regardless I know this isn't $17.73 worth of popcorn chicken. But it's my fault, I knew to go to the one in Orange Park or Middleburg but didn't. Still, do better"

"The worse food I’ve had in a long time. Food was old and burnt. Wasn’t hot at all!! And Sweet Tea was old or something because it do not taste like sweet tea"

"Keep in mind that even with mobile orders after 10 p.m., they only serve the drive thru. The food was served hot and fresh. You will have a slight wait. The manager and staff had good customer service. Be mindful of your surroundings on 103rd at night for your safety."

"Just left here a few minutes ago. Bought 4 slushes. Every one of them extremely melted. If you’re looking to get slushes, do yourself a favor and drive 7 miles in the other direction to the other Sonic off Blanding Blvd. $15 isn’t worth driving back and asking for a refund, but hopefully I can save someone else from the same experience. And no, I did not wait an exorbitant time for my order, so I can only surmise this is just the quality of slush this location delivers at best."

"Just rude. We ordered 4 meals as a family of 4, which I'd consider normal. Didn't ask for anything special just 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals. No ice creams or anything. The guy taking the order kept huffing asking "anything else" instead of "what else can I get for you" as if we annoyed him doing his job. I'm sure working fast food sucks but I didn't pick his job. & if it's busy I'd think that would be good for business which pays their checks so maybe be happy u have so many orders? I don't appreciate spending $40 in a pull up drive thru and being treated as a nuisance. Feels like there needs to be some customer service issues addressed. And by the reviews before me, I'm not the only one who feels this way. These days everyone wants to make more and do less & it's annoying. Sonic is a starter job not a career, just do your job and get somewhere better in life if you aren't satisfied with where u are. The food was right when it came out and the ladies that helped us were polite. However we had 2 all American dogs and they came out with no relish, when we asked about the relish someone came out and told us they were out. We should have been told that when we ordered incase we wanted to change the order."
