"This place makes Sbarro's look appetizing. Order taker yawned open mouthed while taking my order. My steak and cheese was ice cold. People going back and getting their orders fixed, only to make a face at the second attempt and give up. And no napkins! Not a lot of choices in JAX, buy do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
"Wow! I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch on white (order No. 9565 for any managers reading this) and was told the wait would be ten minutes. I agreed and waited 15 minutes till my sandwich was ready. There wasn’t any orders behind me…. The lady yelled out “Order 50,” multiple times while looking at me. I finally asked her if she meant “65” and she smiled and said, “Oh yeah, sorry!”. Had to run onto my plane since it was then boarding. Opened the sub to find some sort of veggie on wheat (didn’t even have ranch). Checked my receipt just to make sure I ordered the right sandwich. Not sure how the hell they managed to make that big of a mistake. Ate half of it so I didn’t starve on my five hour flight. Ruined dinner. I can see why this place has such a horrible rating."
"This has got to be the slowest firehouse Subs in the history of all fast-food spots that have graced this Earth.... Expect to wait atleast 30 mins for your order.... If you have a flight to catch... Skip this. If you have baggage to claim... Get your bags... The only reason this slow service is accepted is cause it's at the airport with a captive audience... This level of mediocrity would not be acceptable anywhere else.... They have three people behind the counter... Not sure if they need to hire more people or whether it's the ineptitude of the people working there but this level of service is just ridiculous...."
