Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I’m not sure how they keep their chips but 7 dollars for stale chips and if that was a cheese sauce I’m the king of England. The worst cheese sauce out there not even close to moes. The staff was too busy talking to each other to even pay attention to your order. Glad I had the receipt. Now I know why I stopped going to chipotle. 19.00 to throw most of it away."

"The employees look absolutely miserable. Didn’t speak back. Just sad faces. One of the employees dropped my boyfriend’s bowl on the ground and started a new one, that’s fine but the manager yelled at him to clean it up.. while I watched her eat on the line! Making to go orders and eating. Same glove! Gross! They were out of white rice and were scraping the bottom of pans for meat. I wish I just left. Horrible experience."

"Robin, and the staff at this Chipotle went OVER AND ANOVE any of my expectations. I have Celiac Disease and have to eat GF. They changed gloves, spoons and anything else that needed to be done to ensure that I had a safe and healthy experience. I HIGHLY recommend them and this establishment. "I love chipotle I really do. Their food is delicious. Consistantly delicious. Their portions are awesome. You get what you pay for. Chipotle has high standards for their team members. Team members are empowered to do thier very best. Chipotle uses high quality ingredients organic and all natural foods and condiments. CHIPOTLE DOES NOT USE GMO's IN THEIR FOOD. which I find highly admirable of CHIPOTLE. GMO (short for “genetically modified organism”) is a plant, animal or microbe in which one or more changes have been made to the genome, typically using high-tech genetic engineering, in an attempt to alter the characteristics of an organism. CHIPOTLE supports the farmers & their communities. That being said, ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I LOOK AT WHEN I ENTER A RESTAURANT IS THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT. I GO DIRECTLY INTO THE REST ROOM TO WASH MY HANDS AND TO TAKE A LOOK SEE AT THE CLEANLINESS OF THE RESTROOM. THE RESTROOM WAS DISGUSTING. THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY AND THE TRASH BINS WERE OVER FLOWING WITH GARBAGE. THERE WAS NO EXCUSE FOR IT. THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT FULL, WHEN I WALKED IN, THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON THERE BESIDES MYSELF. AND THERE WERE 5 TEAM MEMBERS THAT COULD SEE!! SO WHY WAS IT, THAT THE RESTROOM AND FLOORS SO DIRTY?? THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. THE COUNTERS WHERE THE FOOD WAS SERVED WERE CLEAN. THE TEAM MEMBERS HAD CLEAN UNIFO65RMS AND WORE GLOVES. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND SMILED. I ORDERED ONLINE A CHICKEN BOWL. THEY MADE MY CHICKEN BOWL PERFECT. THE FOOD SO DELICIOUS. THE BOWL WAS PACKED. I WAS HAPPY ABOUT THAT. BUT NOT HAPPY AT THE CLEANLINESS OF THE RESTAURANT. THATS WHY I GAVE IT ONLY 3 STARS."

"This location is usually good. I stopped in during a busy Friday night and they were great. The staff handled the long line and busy takeout section quite well. I ordered the chicken bowl and it was hot, fresh, and yummy. That hot sauce was hot and delicious. The dining room did need some attention. I will be returning. Bravo!"
