"This place is the worst. If you're getting off the highway and need to eat you might as well go to Taco Bell or Chipotle or Panda Express. This by far is the worst McDonald's in the city. There is a McDonald's on San Jose and Loretto which is far better. Avoid this McDonald's."
"I came for a large fry and they were cold when I tried to tell them a lady there was very rude and refused to talk to me ! A man with one arm who worked there had to help me and get me new fries i appreciate him so much and he needs a raise or to be the manager. he is the only one level headed and helpful with one arm he had the best attitude"
"Everything was fine till I got to the drive through window to get my order. The expediter didn’t know what my order was nor was he polite. He said remarks to me that were super disrespectful. His lack of proportion to understand his basic job skills was obvious with his decision to be nasty and negative to me in return. He should probably not work the window and talk to customers if he can’t handle something super basic."
"The customer service was simply incredible. The cashier and the server were both sweet and personable. Very nice and friendly, my food was correct, hot and most importantly the fries were on point...the way they used to be always. This McDonald's must have super management because their staff is dynamite! Thank you!"
"9/10/23 update: Derrick is an absolutely unpleasant human. Rude, combative, and argumentative, so definitely don’t ask any questions or slightly inconvenience them. I would not even come back here based on that interaction. Sometimes they’re good, but often they’re out of Diet Coke (likely, just not changing it because the frequency this happens is very high) and this morning this was a burrito they gave us. How exactly is someone even supposed to eat this?"
