"For the love of God let the fries finish cooking since this review I've order a few more times and yes everything is in the bag and food is fresh but the FRIES ARE ALWAYS HALF FULL AND OILY AND NOT DONE! They're being pulled from grease entirely too early and they're ruined its terrible. Every single time we order from here thru Doordash or go to the store it's a terrible experience!!!!!! Food is always forgot! Never sauces or napkins in the bag thru delivery or at the store. The employees are so rude and unhelpful too. I can't believe they treat people like this every single time we visit. I have never received a fry that is full and hot Always pinched at bottom so they're Half full or less with cold rubbery fries. Spend $20 to $40 every time and always some horrible experience!"
"We NVR got our food. We waited 20+ mins to get to the speaker. We all made app orders but the attendant told me they could not take more than 2 orders per car. We did have 4 ppl but they were all mobile orders and paid for. We were told to go to back of line. Was not going to wait all that time again. Drove around and there was literally no one in line from speaker to window. We took a pic of the cust Serv number to possibly escalate. We NVR got refund or a call back."
"I went to the McDonald's located on Kings Road in Jacksonville Florida today and ordered a Big Mac combo meal. The sandwich looked very fresh so I took a big bite and as I was drinking my coke getting ready to take my second bite. I looked at my sandwich and seen a black bug inside the sandwich on a piece of lettuce. I immediately lost my appetite. I took the sandwich back in the McDonald's and they gave me my money back. Just wanted everybody to know, check your food before you take a bite. I also included a picture!"
