"Concerning that an item on the menu is another just with a 2.50 bacon add on... Got the Americana with chips and can't say anything good about it. Blandest meat, the lettuce was spring lettuce that was just not good. Got fries when ordered chips, the fries as tasteless as tasteless gets. Was hoping the chips would be better, but some were super soggy others rock hard and all stone cold with black specks which indicates bad oil. Also be prepared for a interesting glass served to you with a blue moon on tap: straight and thing walled with a lot of the carbonation gone. Overall just not the best experience."

"I get I am a captive audience and that you get the freedom to set your bar at below mediocrity (to be clear mediocre was not even in the conversation). This meal was worse than a Disney movie circa 2023."

"Food wasn't bad at all. My order tasted good. The issue was the service. My first drink was served fairly quickly. There was other bartenders that were coming for a shift change at at one point there was 5 waitresses and bartenders standing talking with each other in the bar area. Other patrons had to keep interrupting their gossip conversation to get drinks served. Upon serving one drink, they immediately went back to talking with each other. I saw this process repeat itself several times. I sat at the bar for a half hour and never once did they ask if I wanted another drink. I had to interrupt them to get a glass of water that was promptly put in front of me so they could return to gossip conversation. It's clear these bartenders are annoyed with patrons asking for food and drinks. I travel through several airports and this was the worst service I've received in a long time, even for an airport bar. Please train your bartenders management, they're short and annoyed with people spending money at your establishment"
