"I ordered a burger, number 3 with fries and an add on of mozzarella sticks. When I went to heat it up because some time had passed looking in the bag I got 2 sides of mozzarella sticks and tater tots. Not only that I didn’t receive a receipt so when I called they said they couldn’t do anything without it. I’m not usually one to complain but even though it wasn’t much that’s the last time I’m tipping fast food…"
"Complete waste of time. They don't want to be at work. Act like you're a bother but their stuff isn't working. Drive a couple extra miles for top notch Serv ice on 103rd Street sonics!!! The $1.99 shake commercials every 2 minutes while watching football made me come here with the family to try them. Guess what?? The first thing they say when ordering with a line around the block is "our shake machine is down". Mind you it's the fall but it's 90 degrees out!! Safe to say I'm boycotting sonics!!!"
"Don't come here if you want hot food and decent customer service! Came here at 11:29pm and they don't close till 1am. I made a mobile order ahead of time and was immediately greeted with attitude and told "hit the button in 5 mins!" I tried to explain I was just picking up a mobile order and again he yelled through the speaker "hit the button in 5 mins!" Then disappeared. Mind you there was only one other customer here besides me and like 5 employees! I waited the 5 mins and no answer. Had to walk inside and pick up my order and everyone had attitude I was even in there!!! Rude and uncomfortable professional!"
