"The Restaurant was half full. Yes half the tables were available, even in the bar. The hostesses were telling people an 1 to 1.5 hour wait time. You should have seen the looks peoples faces. The hostess was standing there doing a puzzle on a kids placemat. The funny thing is it was a Saturday night and the sign says they close at midnight. 7:45 pm and the hostesses were turning people away. Yes we all know that when you have a half full restaurant and you tell people 1 to 1.5 hour wait. Your closing early and your not gonna seat anymore customers. People are not dumb. The employees might think so. The meal picture is an adult meal not a kids meal. That was sad. Chili's has always been my favorite, but not anymore. It appears Chili's is racing Applebees to the bottom. This is not the first time of this happening. So it's not a fluke. It's real sad to say it but I'd steer real clear of Chilis. Especially this one. Oh our seat time. Told 30 minutes and it wound up being 45. Tables were available. I took the pictures while waiting. Oh Chilis. Don't apologize or ask us to contact you direct. This is to warn prospective customers that their visit may end the way ours did."
"Amazing birthday lunch today. Our server was awesome and on top of her game. The food was fantastic... definitely will be back."
"We stood at the door for a few minutes, there were a total of 5 tables occupied and 6 people at the bar. So we chose the bar. It took 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us and ask us for drinks. She came back 15 minutes later to take our food. She didn't acknowledge another couple for 5 minutes. I get it if she was busy, but she wasn't. The poor servers were pouring their own drinks as well."
"After a long work day. Family and i choose Chill's as our dinner spot before retiring for the evening. The service was awesome. There was a delay at the bar, so mom ended up getting two for one. The waiter/server was so friendly and made our family trip even more spectacular."
