"Originally posted on Yelp, but I didn’t know if Ihop looks at google reviews either. Nick was very helpful at night. I had a very demanding and complicated order at 4:30 AM since I had an exam that day and hadn't eaten. The food came out very well-prepared since Nick paid attention to the nitty gritty details of my order. Very nice service despite the hour and annoying order. Hopefully this is seen by management and can help other employees with their ambiance and customer service. I work in customer service and I understand that at times CUSTOMERS CAN BE EXTREMELY EXTRA. But Nick did everything with a smile on his face and helped me extremely with my order. Thank you again Nick! This was a pickup order so i brought it home and plated it. I order the poblano pepper omelette with sausage instead of beef, with a. side of sausage and breakfast potatoes."
"The food is better than we thought lol and we’re impressed by how Miami people love this restaurant, lining every IHOP we went. I love the steak, it's tasteful. The pancake is soft, and well-matched with the maple sauce. And the prize is very cheap. Only one shortcoming - the service speed is slow."
"I had a disappointing experience at IHOP recently. There was no greeting upon arrival, and the wait to place an order was excessively long. To make matters worse, three out of six items ordered were returned due to their resemblance to dorm food. The bitter coffee only added to the overall disappointment. Definitely not the IHOP experience I expected."
"Very quick service, managed to find some vegan tasty options. It was so good that we came here twice in April on our Miami trip. Both visits the service was amazing. Staff is definitely hard working. Shame we don’t have IHOP in London!!!!"
"The food is great and we were seated and served as soon as we walked in despite being very full on a Sunday morning. I suggest the Breakfast Sampler because it has a little bit of everything. I will definitely be back, our server Tony was on his game."
