"I have ordered my meal through the app several times. Each time i ask for "more" of certain items. They never provide more. Today they provided less (i got 4 pieces of banana peppers!!!), i did not receive any oil, vinegar or Parmesan vinaigrette. These items were requested and notes were added. They completely ignore any special requests and make whatever they want!!! It's very upsetting. Using the app gets you a cheaper sandwich. But should i be expecting less of what i want just for this convinience, i should not!!!"

"I’m very Disappointed about the sandwich I ate two hours ago. I couldn’t finished it because I felt like something was not fresh (I think the meatballs). There was also some pepperoni that I had to take off because I never ordered them. I had an instant diarrhea! I’m worried now because I have a surgery scheduled for the day after tomorrow. Hope I will be good and not dehydrated."
