"John, Jacob, Jingleheimer, and Schmidt do a fantastic job of creating a flavor experience in a personal setting. They will educate you on what you're eating and drinking while being fun to chat with. Overall it can be as fun or tame as you want it to be. The flavor journey is memorable and the uni in particular is a standout. The only criticism I have is that some of it felt a tad bit corporate in a setting that is otherwise very personal. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion."
"Top 3 Omakase experience for me. I’ve been here twice now and loved it even more the 2nd time. I feel they give you the biggest pieces of sushi out of any omakase I’ve been to and everything is so amazingly fresh. Great place to entertain family & friends from out of town. "A great personable experience. You came face to face with the chefs making your food. One of my favorite things about this is they know exactly where the fish came from, and they describe everything they put on it and are doing to it and why. It’s one of the coolest experiences you can ever try. You will never go back to eating regular sushi after this."
"I want to say that the food was really good and fresh. The quality of the food was also very good. The service was perfect, not too pushy! The price was good for the amount and taste of the food and I call BS on the other reviews about the price. You pay for what you consume. The prices of the alcohol drinks are literaly in front of you. Simple, but exquisite! We will come back to try another menu. Note: I did not like the chairs very uncomfortable and at the end your hands smell like fish, they should add a towel for the end."
