"I ordered a pizza at 11:47 P.M, on 10/20/23 and at 12:27 P.M the app notified me that the pizza had been delivered, but I hadn’t received it. When I call the store to report it, the call goes directly to the driver which said he knocked on the door and since no one answered he left it outside. I told him he left it at the wrong house. He said he was going to go back and get it and bring it to me and proceeds to hang up. I call the store again because I don’t want a cold pizza that has been left outside god knows where and the calls goes back to the driver which then immediately hangs up on me. After calling the store numerous times, they just stopped picking up my calls since they close at 1 A.M. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I’ve been placing orders here for years so this is very disappointing and frustrating. They need to hire new staff and drivers."

"Their timing is getting worse and worse. We now order carryout (we stopped ordering delivery because waiting 90 minutes or more for cold pizza is a no no) and the tracker from the app gives you this time range , today was between 10:55 and 11:05pm. I got to the store at 11:10pm they updated the status on the tracker showing the order was ready to be picked up at 11:14pm. The order was actually handed out to me at 11:25pm, that's a 30 min delay for carryout , imagine if I would have chosen to be delivered..."

"We ordered a carryout. The website said that our order would be ready in 13 minutes. Great! We got there in 15 minutes, only to find out that they hadn’t started preparing our order. Upon our arrival, they started preparing it. Red flag #1. And here’s red flag #2: the store smelled pretty bad. Why would you eat something from the place that smells like people working there haven’t showered for weeks? Ding ding! Red flag #3, and it’s a big one. After they’d baked our pizzas, sliced them, and put them in boxes, they set them aside and started taking an order from another customer that had RECENTLY arrived. We were standing there, staring at the employees in disbelief. We told them that we saw our order right there, and that they could simply hand them to us and have us pay and be on our way. They said that they just gotta deal with the recently arrived customer first. Upset, we decided to leave without paying. Domino’s, you could have done better than that. You just lost customers and some money."

"I don’t know where to begin…how about new employees because what you delivered to my residence was unsatisfactory and you guys have the nerve to ask for a 15% tip. In addition, your staff didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize or give me a receipt for my refund. Do better!!"

"I usually order Papa Johns. But we wanted pizza and buffalo wings. So I ordered Dominos for the first time. The pizza came with the wrong toppings and the wings were so bad we couldn't eat them."
