IHOP

"Our server Sam was phenomenal he was very welcoming and very nice. The food was amazing and for the price, 10/10 will recommend again. HOWEVER Maria Jose was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She approached our table because we hit a vape and told us to not do that anymore which we all apologized and say no problem. She was giving nasty looks and kept repeating “you should know this”(walking back and fourth from our table) “you don’t do that no no no” I told her “ma’am we understand you came and let us know we won’t anymore thank you”. And she continued to give us all disrespect and attitude. So unprofessional and to top it all she’s the OWNER trying to argue with customers that are half her age giving money to her business. The purpose for this is to learn to treat others how you want to be treated. It’s not hard to be nice and respectful especially if you’re running a business. That negativity was so uncalled for and an embarrassment overall, I was trying to enjoy my last day with my friends and we all encountered a wave of negativity."

"Coming from a big chain like IHOP, grits were more like soup, throwing in a slice of american cheese on top, gross presentation, steak had no flavor. Average service but food really below standards for the price. Not recommended. Never again..."

"Cold like a plastic!.. not a single pepper inside, burnt hash potato inside which tasted bitter, paid fast delivery and I live 5 blocks away!!! Horrible , called and spoke to lady owner was as rude and bad as the actual omelette itself ! This ihop is the third time their quality of food has been unacceptable!!!"

"If Moe serves you then you know you're getting food, attention, and information full of love. The only thing that could improve is if there weren't music all the time. That's personal preference and I probably could have asked if it was a bad choice of station but it wasn't. The meal tasted perfect, the fried stuff was crispy and tender on the inside and the meat was juicy. I go there when I want a hearty meal for 15 dollars. Great local chain joint."

"So I went to IHOP with my cousins and their kids I have to see the server Jose was very efficient I arrived about 15 minutes after my family and he insured that all food came out together in a timely fashion. He was very attentive to when the cup would be emptied in providing refills and while the pandemic has definitely put a strain on both the bill and the overall dining experience Jose did a good job at making us feel comfortable and not feeling rushed so we can enjoy family time together."
