"Last night in Miami, needed something quick right next to the Double Tree and thought I'll give this a try. Ordered online ahead of time so that I can just go and pick it up. Got to the store, and the fryer was broken, so nothing was prepared. Already paid for everything online. No one spoke a word English and no one had any idea what to do. So I left, without the order and $30 down then drain."

"I’ve been a big fan of Miami Grill for many many years years it was Miami subs back in the day I usually go to the one on Kendall always consistently good service and food I ordered the gyros platter with double salad and extra tzatziki The meat had strange flavor maybe it was bad rancid Threw dx it out !!! My hubby ordered his Philly steak it was cold in the middle and when I tried to contact the restaurant it rang several times then picked up and discontinued twice Just wanted towards them to throw the gyros meat out it did not taste good right"
"Order was incorrect. One of the servers was eating fries directly out of the fry bin at 2,3 at a time. Very loud. No grill. Prepared in like a convection oven. My Cheese Steak was cold in the middle and missing bell peppers. Ceiling was leaking from rain."
