"Came in with a friend on Monday.Dr said Skin infection, prescribed antibiotics. Came back on Friday with staphylococcus infection. Sat in ER for over eight hours. Waited on a bed for over four hours. Don't know where these nurses learned to tell time, but if one more tells me about thirty minutes, I'll give them my watch. This place sucks."

"Dr. J.S. Michael Smith has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. He is a caring professional who listens to his patient's concerns. I have referred 3 of my friends to him during this time and all of them agree that he takes the time to listen to your concerns and then takes the appropriate action, whether that is him treating you or referring you to a specialist. The last person I referred to him was my 75 year old neighbor that had lost 25 lbs and was not feeling well. Dr. Michael diagnosed him as possibly having cancer. His diagnosis was correct and my neighbor is recovering from having a lobe of his lung removed, after being referred to the proper specialists. The cancer was caught in time and he should fully recover. I usually only wait 5-10 minutes to see Dr. Michael. One appointment I did wait almost an hour, but a patient came to see Dr. Michael and was already in critical condition and it took the extra time to coordinate getting admitted to the Jay Hospital. The negative review must have been a very important meeting concerning a patient as the wait times are usually much shorter than most. If I could give 10 stars, I would."

"Took friend to appointment here. Dr. Michael Smith could not be bothered to show up for her appointment. After she waited in an exam room for an hour and SHE pursued a reason for delay, she was told that Dr. Smith was IN A MEETING. No respect at all for patient or patient care."
