"Food was delicious and filling. During this visit I tried the churrasco bowl (I think that was the name) and I totally recommend it."

"As it is possible that I ordered a chicken to take away and they gave me a burnt one, the employee who served it to me did so with bad intentions, I bought it at approximately 2 in the afternoon, on January 15, 2024, I have no possibility of returning to the site and rub them in your kitchen."

"Your frontline staff should be your brand ambassadors, and they are not. They are most familiar with the menu options and prices and should be trained to enhance the customer experience. The meal I ordered 3 items (pork, cheese yucca and salad) came up to more than the family meal which I saw later. The cashier should have been able to advise me to take the family meal and amendment the sides and enjoy a wider Pollo Tropical menu experience. I had the appetite."

"They screwed up the drive-through order, by leaving one dessert out of the order, then when I got home, discovered that not only did they leave that item out, but did not give me the two other desserts I had already paid for. Drove back to Pollo Tropical, explained their multiple errors, and politely asked to see the manager. They went to ask, but I was told that manager Karen said she was too busy to come out and talk with me. Asked another employee again, but the answer from Karen the manager was the same... too busy to talk to customers. The employees there said managers don't talk to customers when they are busy. Unbelievable!!!"
