"I wish I could give zero stars. Worst McDonald’s in Miami. The food always tastes old and moldy , the customer service is from hell. No one ever knows anything the managers are like lost puppies they don’t even know how to manage or how to help when it is needed. Don’t waste your money the McDonald’s on 56 way better."

"Location is a joke. If ur understaffed just close it at this point. The workers cannot handle dine + drive thru so basically nothing. Dining room was not open 1hr & a half after it’s supposed to be. Won’t even answer for Ubereats they’re so overwhelmed. Nothing good to say"

"Okay, place to eat, but they get the usual bums. They don't bother anyone or ask for money. Thr cashiers are nice, but ignore you at times, and most only speak Spanish. They prefer you use the kiosk not to be bothered, but when you ask them for items, they do deliver and bring your food to the table when you ask them."

"Fries were super gritty. I asked for Mac sauce and more then willing to pay for it. The male crew trainer with braces at register said that's ok we will just give it to you. Then the female next to him spoke in Spanish telling him not to do it and to just tell me they can't give out Mac sauce cause she didn't want to bother her friend who is working in back. Our double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese was made wrong. . One of our McChicken was made spicy McChicken. We asked for a new one since we didn't order spicy they told us no we just have to deal with it."

"Orderd off uber eats around 12:00am and the food was horrible. Im talking no condiments whatsoever no pickle/onions. With really dry and stale buns and the burgers were really salty. To the point where they were unedible"
