Domino's Pizza

"I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Domino's Pizza located at 18505 S Dixie HWY. Upon calling, I was placed on hold for an unreasonable 20 minutes before being abruptly hung up on by a male staff member. Upon calling back, a woman answered, and despite explaining the situation calmly, she responded with extreme rudeness. Despite my patience and politeness, her attitude persisted when I asked for assistance. When I requested her name, she callously hung up on me. These interactions occurred at 6:30 PM and 6:50 PM on January 28th, 2024. I strongly advise against using this location, and I personally will no longer be patronizing Domino's Pizza and I recommend for management to look into the employees working at this time and listen to the calls and further address the situation."

"Everyone who works here is an incredible worker and all of them should get raises. I've ordered every week and sometimes multiple times per week since moved here and there hasn't been a single mistake on the cooking or delivery. On the delivery part: Edgar, Myles and Leroy have never missed or delivered a cold pizza. Always fresh and usually before the expected time. Excellent service. On the cooking part: excellent as always. I've never received a non-delicious pizza from this place. It's always fresh and tasty. Correct portions and everything. I don't know why this place as negative reviews on google review but I'm sure they're fake or classic Karens. I've ordered too many times and the service is perfect."

"Just horrible. Anytime I order anything that isn’t pizza there is always something wrong. Today I received what I guess dominoes defines as a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. This is just beyond ridiculous, do better please."
