"Typical wait time for drive through seafood( 15-20mins) I came about 5 years ago and liked the lemon pepper on my chicken. I came tonight and ordered lemon pepper seasoning. It’s $1.61 for a small condiment cup. $1.61 is outrageous like .50, .65 is more acceptable. If the cashier hadn’t been so nice I would have asked that she refund me. FYI Amazon sells this lemon pepper powder the brand is called sprinkle - on."
"I was in the area doing some dental work and wanted some seafood so I found Snappers. I’ve never been to this chain before and let me tell you, the girl taking my order through the drive thru was rude. Besides the fact there was a truck running on the side bc of some construction to the road, so after the 3rd time of trying to order I had to scream bc she kept saying she couldn’t hear me. I asked if there was a meal with shrimp and rice , she had an attitude the whole time of me asking 1 question. For future customer service I would suggest shutting off the mic before yelling DAMN so the person ordering decides to never try this place again. Spent $20 on blan fries , shrimp was ok and rice was some Cajun rice with some slim crab meat and a couple pieces of shrimp"
"Today 08/21/2023 I purchased 3 lunch specials $45 and the food was freshly cooked however extremely dry in them middle and overcooked. The meat looked old inside, fish was small and not fulfilling. I couldn't eat it, wasted my money. Very disappointed because the food is usually good."
