"Of all the Chinese take restaurants in or near Cutler Bay, this one is the best. The food was prepared fast, packaged with care, and delicious. The honey chicken was crispy, and the sauce was made with real honey and fresh garlic. The boneless ribs weren't just small strips like most places. It appeared to have been cut off of the bones. The wonton soup was dark (unlike most other restaurants that have light/translucent soup) and flavorful. I wish I had taken pictures of the dishes, but my family and I ate them right away because it all smelled so good. The prices are reasonable and the portions are large. Rosie (the manager) is very pleasant and polite. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good Chinese takeout."
"I went on Dec 3 to Mekong Chinese Restaurant, made the order by the phone and went to pick up the Food. I was hoping that the food was going to be as Mekong 2 but it was not. I purchase a fried rice that was extremely overcook and chopped/shredded. The lo main was extremely salty but it was only noodles, shrimp and 5 slices of carrot/onion, that was it, no other vegetables. The ribs were old. The only thing that was decent was the sweet chicken. Because the other food appear that was old. This was the first and the last time. I will keep myself with Mekong 2 even is a little far. That was my experience."
"The food here is always fresh. If you love fresh vegetables especially you will notice the freshness. I love the Singapore noodles. The ingredients are always fresh and with lots of flavor. I probably have gotten food from this place for more than 20 years and I've never been disappointed"
