"Waited 15-20 minutes in line, the intercom didn't work and they had a paper sign on it saying to order with cashier. I ordered a #8, the cashier asks me if I wanted original or crispy, I tell her original and give her my credit card and she charges it. About 30 seconds later she tells me there is no original thighs and if I would like crispy instead. I didn't want crispy but accepted it anyways as I was tired of waiting. They didn't even offer a free item or anything for the inconvenience."
