Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This review is not about the food or the ambience at this Chipotle location. It's about an encounter with a new employee. While others hurried through the line, my partner wasn't pleased with how her burrito was being made. Daniel noticed her reaction, went above and beyond to accommodate her, and ensured she was happy and satisfied. It's clear when people are conscientious and strive to do the right thing. Thanks, Daniel – we noticed you!"

"Guy who attended us served nothing of food. he gave us less then a spoon of rice, beans or chicken, when told him to serve a bit more he gave us a face and proceeded to toppings where the girl served more topping then actual protein. Highly do not recommend!!!. for the price and serving is not worth it at all."

"Extremely dirty and the staff was very unprofessional. Two of them were horseplaying and force feeding each other chips with salt. The beans ran out and instead of taking the container to the back to clean it and refill it, they just dumped a bag of beans into the dirty container. This visit ruined Chipotle for me. Very disappointing."

"Chipotle is a good fast food spot. It's a little pricey, but the food quality and staff service are great. The burrito bowl is a good sized portion and can be enough for two meals. The queso blanco is always a must and goes well with anything you order! You will definitely feel full that's for sure."

"Overall the food was decent here. Over the past year I have eaten here probably 7 or 8 times. And every time I've been here the store has been filthy dirty!! There are three garbage cans and the front of the store and every time I've been here without fail they are overflowing with garbage! Also every time there is food all over the countertops of the tables usually on the seats as well and of course all types of food wrappers and napkins all over the floor. And as I look on the floor next to the cash register because that's the only area that I can see the floor is filthy dirty covered with all kinds of food debris and other items. There appears to be no concern whatsoever with keeping the restaurant clean very poor Management in this area!! Another issue that I find very perplexing is the fact that both the doors on the west side and the north side have a defective return mechanism. I'm not sure what you call the thing that attaches to the top of the door that pulls the door shut after it's been opened but that's what I'm referring to. Well I'm both the doors this thing is broken so when somebody opens the door the door then slams shut and I'm surprised that the glass hasn't broken yet!! This is an inconvenience more than anything but it could also cause an injury to a small child or an elderly person who is caught off guard by the door slamming shut as they're entering or exiting the facility. And again this problem has existed at least for 6 months that I am aware of maybe more! I find that absolutely outrageous that the manager at this facility has not addressed this problem after all this time!!"
