"Customer service was horrible ladies were rude. Floors sticky and slippery and we asked them to clean it we sat there and ate it never got cleaned up . Food items missing and when I went back to ask for them cashier looked at and walked away cause her friend came in the restaurant to hand her a vape pen then she proceeded to go outside. Bathrooms were completely trashed . Completely unacceptable!!!!!"

"Placed order for delivery, order was incomplete (missing items, no utensils, condiments) portions were next to nothing. Went to restaurant to pick up missing items and correct issue with food. Employees quickly called Manager, dismissive attitude, did not care that I had to return to correct their screw ups. Food was cold, under portioned... 3rd time ordering from this place. Buy from the location on SW 88th Street and 162nd Ave. Better service and food quality... Diners beware!"

"gave you a second chance and again very disappointed.. service again is horrible. After giving the attendant my order, there was not a thank you or pull to the window, please, after she hands me the food, not a thank you or anything.... my order #248921 and your employee # 429059... I have gone as far as calling corporate, left my name and number to be called, and have not gotten that call... I think this is your companies culture that has taken an "I don't care" attitude... changes need to start at the top, and it's obvious it hasn't"

"I see why this place has the terrible reviews it has I went here for the first time in a long time the service was terrible their answers for everything is they can’t do something.They can’t put toppings on the side they cant remove ham from a sandwich. They roll their eyes and huff and puff when speaking to PAYING CUSTOMERS. This is one of the worst pollo tropicals the sandwich was burnt on the ends and the chicken was undercooked and let’s talk about portions. I know they say there is shortages but you can’t charge the same price for less food ! See the pics I attached! Go anywhere but here!"
