"Woke up early to have a breakfast and it says " open 24 hrs". However when I arrived the server said it was closed because he was cleaning the tables. What disappointment"
"First let me say that we stopped in to eat dinner and were promptly tended to by Wanda the server for the evening. She was most professional and took our order and got everything right. Our glasses didn't stay empty. Even though she was the only server working she treated us very well. Even when two very rude women walked in and thought they could sit themselves wherever they wanted with no regards to what Wanda said, she was nice to them. But they obviously felt that the world should stand still for them and were themselves very nasty she was very professional. I think by far she has been the best employee we've dealt with in all our experiences in Miami. We will return."
"Came in for a quick breakfast with my husband and baby girl. The service was excellent! Food came out promptly, accurately, and warm. The baby's Jr. Chicken + Waffles came out with the Jalapeno Bites appetizer which kept her entertained while we enjoyed our meal. My husband ordered the Spicy Poblano omelet with no meat, which they were happy to customize for him. I ordered the Pesto Veggie Eggs Benedict with a biscuit substitute for the English Muffin. It was lacking a little salt but still very yummy. Overall, great experience."
"Our original waitress was nice, whoever that young lady who helped her was…YIKES. We got sat down and she said “put your earmuffs on & just don’t pay attention” then she walked into the kitchen and began cursing away with the cook. That foul language was heard through the entire establishment! Food felt like it took forever since we were feeling uncomfortable & when it came out my mothers sirloins tips and eggs were BURNT. I immediately grabbed the plate and said excuse me she can’t eat this.. the young lady said “what’s wrong?” I explained it’s burnt and looks horrible! Her response? “No it’s not it’s fine” I took a piece off the plate and crushed it with my fingers to show her!!! At this point our original waitress swoops in, takes the plate away and the other girl never comes back out. Horrible experience, food tasted old & cold. LAST TIME my family & I visit this location. Sad to see this once great family orientated establishment feel like a garbage dump. Management should really look into the crew who worked 9/17/23 8pm-ish"
