"Originally came to this location since it was recommended by family. Gave this location a second chance and it was still the same. Last time I purchased a steak which was thin and bland . This time the food was extremely greasy. But aside from the food, the terrible service. The time before and now the 2 different servers seem to be bother to speak with the clients. They take for ever to come to your table and greet you. Keep in mind the place is empty.. such a shame.. Now for sure never coming back."

"I have been ordering at this location for several years but I have to say the food quality/taste has declined tremendously!! We ordered breaded steak today and it had NO seasoning at all, was thin as a paper and mostly a thick breading. The Yucca was pretty good but the last orders we have had the meat has always been overcooked and dry. The portions are big but we shared the dish and neither of us enjoyed at all. It also has like an old oil scent… not happy at all! UPDATE… Pleased manager herself contacted me to apologize for my experience and would ensure to speak to staff to provide us customers a better service. She didn’t just respond to my review but called me personally to apologize. Showing authenticity to the customer service this location is aiming to accomplish. I will give them another opportunity in hopes things change."

"Good afternoon I hope this review finds the owner I just bought chicken soup through the window (to go) when I received the soup I noticed That it did not have a spoon I asked for a spoon i then asked is there lime and crackers in the bag twice twice the girl in the window said yes sir it should be in there I left came home no lime no crackers and not even a napkin I calle to complain waited 8 minutes for a manager no response called back and waited 2 minutes and someone answer claiming to be the manager said her name was Jenny I try explaining what happens her response talking over me was we don’t give crackers the lime I’ll accept (no apology) and per management if you don’t ask for napkins and a spoon we don’t give it to the customers very rude staff I hope for the owners sake this changes"

"I love this place, Lily took me out for lunch, she wanted me to try Yaku soup, it is beef soup with Yucca , Malanga and other Vegetables with juicy beef , I think it is flank steak in pieces. enjoyed the soup, plus ordered a dessert , forgot to ask the name, it is custard with sugar icing on top, that was so delicious, then came the Expresso , overall th experience was wonderful, good service, friendly people."

"The food was great and the staff was very friendly and funny. The reason for 4 stars is that the waitress did forget to bring us water or juice every now and again, and almost charged us the wrong amount. But even then, it was a very busy morning so I can't completely go off that. The spot is in a good location, and it was pretty crowded but we did have ample space for our group of 7. The chicken that came with my order was MASSIVE, it was great but just a bit too much cheese. The rice was great and the maduros could have been better if they weren't so crispy. But I know some people like that. All in all, I'd come here again"
