"I ordered 2 Parmesan Caesar salads with blue cheese crumbles extra, thru the app for pickup. When I got home... no blue cheese crumbles, no croutons on both. Total messed up my salads. I filled out the survey using my receipt as reference and explained what happened. No response from Wendy's. 2nd time ordering at this Wendy's... had issues twice. Why survey?"
"Went for a late craving, and there was old on my pretzel burger, number 11. And the Dave’s fav beef patty looked weird and the taste was off. Avoid this place. To top it off I asked for a full refund and the lady looked surprised. And she was a dollar short."
