"If I don’t want chicken or bacon in my sandwich, how does it make any sense to have to pay for it? One could argue that it’s limited to only certain items, but I would argue that if you have policies in place, the customer should be made aware of them with signs that indicate as such, if not charging for any item, not asked for is plain robbery which will end up in the inevitable demise of this branch and subway. If this continues I only wrote as much because this was my last straw with Subway."

"WORST $17 Subway Sandwich I have ever had Sloppy, Bad tasting, Soggy! I asked for it to be toasted, she rushed it out so fast it was Stone Cold and soggy! So bad I threw away the other half!! DONT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET!!!! And Who ever owns this franchise Start hiring people that speak English This is America ! She could not understand one word I said about any of the toppings"

"I visit this Subway at least once a week for lunch and for about the last month of my visits, there has been no air conditioning. The heat is absolutely unbearable and it is unacceptable for customers to have to be waiting and eating in these conditions let alone allowing workers to work in these conditions. The temperature outside is averaging about 90 to 100 degrees along with heat warnings everyday and you can only imagine what that feels like inside a closed space with no air filtration. Along with the feeling of this heat, the safety of the food is also highly concerning due to the heat which could be causing food contamination and possible health issues to customers consuming the food."

"The worst customer service ever from a manager. I purchased an online order and went over to this location to go pick it up. By the time I drove all the way over there, the manager gave my order away to someone else. I understand sometimes things happens, but I expected the manager to do something about it and make me satisfied. Instead she stands there telling me it’s not her fault, she wasn’t going to make me another sandwich and wouldn’t even try to give me a refund back. Absolutely disgusted by this customer service especially from a manager.I will never go back to this location ever again!"

"I live very close to this location so I thought it would be convenient for me to come eat lunch here with my wife. We came in and we were not greeted the girl actually went to the back and was there about 3 to 4 minutes . Finally when she came out we got our orders and I ordered a vegetarian sub Every location I go to I asked kindly for my spinach to be like diced or cut by hand so I don't have a mouth full spinach when I bite into the sandwich . When I asked her how come she said we don't do that type of service here I stay quiet and I proceeded to go eat my sandwich. She spoke to me in a high tone and very rude as if I was not spending money there. When I finish my food I kind of asked what was her name and thank you she told me I do not need to give you my name which is okay with me but I will proceed into speaking to somebody in corporate because you don't not need somebody with that type of attitude working in your locations. Service was awful and I'm going to call the manager"
