"Every time I order from this place every single one of my Jr Bacon Cheese burgers have a stale bun. But they're not just stale they are rock hard you could probably use it as a hammer to put nails into a wall. I don't understand how during the process of making this burger they don't realize how stale and hard these buns are. This is ridiculous."
"The last two times I went I had to wait 10 minutes with no one there and when I was finally taken care of I got an attitude. The French fries were cold the the ketchup canister were both empty. I am very disappointed with this place in Weston, FL."
"Bad service and they mess up your order. Bad attitude of the manager or maybe supervisor. Tries to sell you large size even when you order small and when you ask no onion or pickles they totally ignore it which is evident in your order. Never coming to this location again."
"Arralla attended me at the window on this location with the nastiest attitude all I wanted was a cup of water with $30 order, when I asked her for her name to address her properly she proceeded to ignore me completely giving me her back. When I proceed to ask her coworker the fat lady in the picture she told me she will not give me her name ( very rude) my order was messed up I clearly said no pickles and was like I didn’t. Avoid this location if your looking for a good customer experience!"
