"Imagine that you order on the app at 9:05 pm, then you arrive and the app says that it will be ready by 9:15 pm… Guess what? It took them 45 mins to get the order out. 12 uber eats orders came out before mine. The staff? Lost. The manager? She was even more lost. Terrible logistics, lack of training of the staff and worst of all? They do not have the delicacy to address the customers that are standing there… I will never return to this taco bell. You guys need to step up and stop making the franchise look bad. Pathetic."
"Paid through mobile app and they made me for around the line again !!!! There were 5 cars so I had to wait all that time for other orders !!!! Not cool very bad performance online orders puts you to the front of the line not the back of the bus!!!!! Horrendous service!!!"
"Slow service due to how busy it was. Not many seats. Customers were very rude to staff. No smiles found. Generally depressing atmosphere but my chalupas were excellent!"
"I'm a regular at this location and the service is great! Kevin especially is super chill and quick. He already knows what I usually get so I almost never need to ask what I want. And anything I want to add he's really fast to get it done. Hope he gets a raise or promotion. Honestly, the guy deserves it."
"Great place to eat. The service was wonderful . The only disappointment was people smoking. There is a window by the bar that costomers sit and order, and they smoke. Well, they're smoking right into the restaurant. The atmosphere is unpleasent."
