"The restaurant isn't designed for groups to dine in comfortably. No imagination is put into the decor, BUT the food is delicious! The pea soup is to die for!! I've also had the fried chicken which is cooked to perfection and the oxtail which is nice. I've had the salt fish fritters which are too greasey but the fried dumplings (Johnny Cakes) are just DELICIOUS.... More to cone as I work .y way through the menu."
"Donna's is one of the best Jamaican restaurants I've been to. The food is authentic and tastes amazing!...anytime i am in the mood for some Jamaican food, Donna's is the first place that comes to mind. Friendly staff and good customer service. Highly recommend."
"Ordered brown stew chicken the rice was good but there was no chicken. All they gave me was a bunch of bones and they had no plantains either. What a shame but if they want to stay in business, they better start putting chicken on the dish and not just the bones. They need to realize there are two more Caribbean restaurants nearby."
"Came to visit this establishment during Carnival Weekend and it was recommended to me by a family friend of mine. Not only was the food HORRIBLE, the staff was very RUDE and impatient, and there wasn’t many options to choose from. The Escovitch was old and not seasoned well, and there was no sides available! I wanted to dine in and eat my food, but the lady sucked her teeth at me so I got up and left."
