"I have noticed a decline at this particular OG. I order frequently for take out and will not for a while. I don't want to get upset. I have encountered many mistakes, missing food and nasty attitudes when I call to provide feedback on the issues. I've been very nice about it but now choosing not to waste my time or money. biggest disappointment I had about 2 weeks ago...had the nasty server on the phone refusing to listen to what was the mistake and then eventually put the manager on the phone. The Manager was the nastiest guy that didn't want me to say anything. Constantly interrupting and refusing to admit they gave the wrong dessert. It's not a big deal but wanted to share with everyone that if you have issues, you might encounter similar response from the staff and manager and its a shame. I ordered black tie mousse and got tiramisu..just called to point it out to please double check orders because this happens in every order this year and I got yelled at and was hung up on. Why do that when I'm not at fault and paying for the food and always add 20% tip for take out."

"As always, the food ,the service, and the ambiance all 5 stars. This is a never fail place. Loved it since day one, and I believe it is worth anyone's visit. It seems like they improve their taste on a daily basis. There are very few places where someone can absolutely relate to confidence and reliability, and this is one of those. It's definitely a most visit and a most comeback of all times."
