"Wow! What a great experience @ JIMMY THE BEEF GUY! Life-long Chicagoans having the pang for a taste of home and found Jimmy! The entire crew was thrilled with what they ordered. I had the combo beef and sausage with mozzarella and hot giardenera dipped and it was AMAZING! My wife gave me a bite of her BREADED STEAK and I'll be ordering that next time. Sooo good! The ITALIAN STALLIONS are a nice little taste of heaven. It's a hot Italian Beef in egg roll form. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"After passing by this place 500 times and seeking medical assistance for a nasty red wine hangover, Jimmy the Beef Guy sounded like a good call. Upon arrival, the door was wide open and the aroma was magical. Ordered the Italian beef with mozzarella and sweet peppers. Before I was even done filling up my cup with some Dr Pepper, my sandwich was ready. I can't lie, I was hoping for a bigger sandwich but the quality and authenticity made up for it. Hot and tasty thin cut beef mashed in with chunks of melted mozzarella combined with the peppers ? Man this was GOOD! $17 Well spent. I will surely be back soon."

"I was lucky enough to come in for lunch while the owner was there. I loved the positive energy, enthusiasm and passion he has for his business and his food! I had the italian beef and sausage. The beef was nice and tender. But the sausage was full of amazing flavor and definitely stole the show! French fries were fresh, hot and plentiful. Before I left the owner made some other suggestions and I will definitely be back to try them too. Its worth giving this place a shot for a quick lunch."
