Fin Bistro

"One of our favorite dining spots on Marco, with a trendy upscale atmosphere. The seafood selection is centered on local specialities. We had the yellowfin grouper, swordfish, gulf shrimp and dorado (pictured). The local tomato salad is light and full of flavor. All cooked perfectly and incorporating unique vegetables and starches. The wine list is diverse with something for every pallet; we enjoyed the Albarenio that complimented all our dishes. Their cocktail menu features smoked Manhattans and old fashions, served in large snifters. This is a must go to when on the island! We eat here at least once, usually twice on all our stays!"

"This is an excellent place to get fresh, local, never frozen fish in Marco Island. The service, food and ambiance were all great! Upscale casual atmosphere, cute bar and they have a nice screened-in patio. All the food we ordered was fantastic from the apps through to the dessert and drinks. The service by our server Kevin and the manager that stopped by to check on us was top notch. They were very knowledgeable of the menu, fun and engaging. Will definitely make this a stop any time we are in Marco!"

"Went to Fin Bistro to celebrate a milestone family event. From the hostess to our server, Chris, the service was outstanding. Drinks always topped off, table groomed and just a pleasant staff. We shared a crab cake appetizer, which was very good. Somewhat bready, but very good. My wife had the sea scallops with a potato puree and she said they were excellent. I had the hogfish with risotto — excellent. Our daughter had a perfectly prepared filet mignon. For a seafood place, we were surprised at the high quality and perfect preparation. The entire experience was excellent."

"Cool restaurant that specializes is fresh caught seafood daily except for Sundays. They have indoor and outdoor seating with a large bar area. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There is a parking lot in front with a good amount of spaces to park. I highly recommend this place!"

"My partner and I had been waiting to visit this place for a little while and were able to do so on our last trip to Marco Island (and by making the reservation 3 weeks ahead of time!) Was it worth the wait? I think so - the food was pretty good. We both started with salads and an octopus appetizer. Not much to say about the salad (I mean it's a salad right?), but the octopus was simply prepared and let the delicious flavor shine through. Next my partner had the almond flounder and I had the local lobster. My partner likes his dishes more simply prepared so he requested his fish not be crusted with almonds. He enjoyed the dish that was prepared. My lobster was quite good, however I wasn't crazy about the cauliflower risotto. It was well made, just not for me. We followed up with bread pudding for dessert which was also good. Service was also very good. I realize that there is a labour shortage and that restaurants are running short staffed...but you don't really notice it here."
