"All of my lunch was freshly prepared from scratch. Griot is deep fried pork and served with vinegary pickled onion slivers that season the pork. Perfect balance. Side dish, don't get rice we all eat rice everywhere. Get the plantains fresh peeled, smashed, and fried. I'll be back for goat and ox tail. Thanks"
