"I've never encountered such a horrible school . Hard to find a teacher that really cares. The people in charge are rude except the assistant principal he's nice. But the school doesn't discipline bad kids. Doesn't notify parents of anything that happens. My daughter's butt was grabbed. The whole class was threatened and the same boy said he was going to take my daughter but not kill her. This kid is still in school after many issues. Miami dade county seems to not care about anything that happens in our schools. We asked the principal what's going on and she said I don't know what your talking about and towards the end slipped up. And my husband said well I thought you didn't know. And she said well if you want to talk we can make an appointment. She got really slick at the mouth. Let her try me again and not solve this and take that crazy kid removed. I'm going to the news station and all. Tired of Miami dade failing our students."

"I just wished that Ms.Michelle Coto-Viltre, Assistant Principal had better manners with the parents. She's curt and very aggressive towards the parents. She should note that parents are key & part of the education that most of these transitioning kids at Shenandoah are going though, and with the help of the parents (as a team) along with the educators is what will give our kids the tools they need to succeed. Disrespecting, humiliating, or belittling a parents concerns is not a way to achieve success. All parents should be informed (if they inquire), regarding processes in a kind, and courteous way. Sadly, and unfortunately this is not the case with said school admin.. A person in her position should exercise patience and tact when dealing with inquiries from parents. Thank God she's not an educator."

"The assistant principal "Miss Cotto" is a chusma. Can't keep her temper at leash. VERY poor customer service and absolute lock of respect to the parents concerns, even less authentic concern for the kids. Can talk yo parents without having the school police present . :/ Miss Garcia , the principal always unaware of what is happening around and seems lost . No higiene in school bathroom , haven't seen soap or hand sanitizer during the school years. No bathroom tissue either. All the parents should speak up, or get to know better all the things that are happening here. NO safety for the children here. They let the kids walk out with any one without concerns. Parents if you had an issue let the regional office know about , write a letter. Visit them. They getting away with there bad duing , and our children are the ones suffering the consequences."
