"Very good center, really grateful for the enormous work of the teachers, very collaborative and organized people, my two children have been in the center for almost 3 years and I have no complaints, always from their teachers to the administrative part they were willing to be flexible and help at all times I always had communication about their activities and everything the children did, they learned a lot. They left because they finished their kindergarten, but the truth is it was a very good and pleasant experience. Thank you, teachers, for everything."

"They only care about your money not your child! I had my son at this daycare for a few weeks this summer. I realized that the children’s activities they force on the parents are ridiculously expensive. How can a parent spent/afford almost $300 in activities on top of tuition a month? I have already paid $130 in registration and almost $60 for class activities. Are they not realizing that? A movie $10 which is being shown at their premises and per child, is not that my child went to Regal theater in cutler bay or something. A scoop of Ice cream $5, water play $30 and so on... what a scammers! The Director basically doesn’t want to deal with parents. I never knew what my son did all day because the note they give you is just for how many times he peed or pooped and that’s it. Then, I was there wondering when I asked the teachers they looked at each other not knowing what the heck your child did all day. There is no consistency with the teachers. I will not recommend this daycare. If you can afford all of the above I will suggest you to take your child to where he/she can learn something, my son did not learn anything in this daycare more than I was able to teach him at home so I pulled him out."

"Good morning, I have been taking my child to this Daycare for a couple of years now, generally speaking the teachers are very polite and professional, but on the other side, management is unbelievably unprofessional. We all struggle sometimes to make payments on time but at the end of the day it is my child’s education and always find the way to make the payments. I had the phone hung up a couple of times and I also had been threatened to have my child remove from school if I make another complaint. Management has been treating me like they are doing my a favor but I don’t think that they realized that this is not a favor it is a service that I pay for. They refused to take a credit card payment and gave us the only option to pay with cash or credit card while they do accept payments from another parents with credit card. I remember a few months back they put a “ Sad Face” in my son’s homework because it wasn’t perfectly colored, I complained stating that I saw my son doing his homework with 100% effort and they should not put a sad face on his homework because his moral would go down due to the fact that he is getting a sad face even tough he is trying his best. I told them that if they wanted me to do the homework for him, I know we as parents should help out our kids with homework but that does not mean that we should do them for them just to get a High Score. On another ocation, the homework was to identify an animal, my son was confused, i looked at the picture and I HAD TROUBLE figuring out if the picture was a Tiger or a Cat, I decided to call the office and the Directors’ rude and unprofessional answer was “ I don’t understand how you can be confused but there is nothing I can do” I said “ could you please just tell me what it is?’ She responded “ no, but let me call the person who drew the picture to find out” of course she was being very sarcastic and aggressive, she ended up hunging up the phone again. Anyway, this is just my personal experience and I felt like it was time to put it in writing hoping that future parents would be able to read this. Have a great day."

"The people there are really nice, helpful, and appear to be really caring, however, I believe they do not have your child's best interest (safety) at heart. Children will be children in which I understand and they may bite or stratch eachother but it is the adults of that facility responsibility to make the parents aware of what happened with your child. I called this daycare twice to check on my child and I was told that everything was fine, however, later when he was picked up, thats when they stated he was bit by another student and that student was sent home. Their reason for not telling me over the phone or calling me to let me know what happened hours before I made that second phone call was "because my child did not cry and I didn't make note that I wanted to be notified for everything or specific events" What type of crap is this?!?!? So I guess your child has to cry in order to be notified. Because of this, my child has never went back to this daycare, and I would NOT recommend this daycare to any parent for safety reasons. I do not agree with their "procedures" when it comes to notifying parents about their child's well-being. P.S. I called coporate, and of course they backed them up stating that "if my child didn't cry or if I didn't make note of when and why I wanted to be called, they will not call because they do not see it as an emergency." Be cautious!!!"
