"This "platter" cost 30 dollars plus tip. Doesn't even come with a drink!! Bill is for size comparison. Count those little tiny flavorless onion rings: three in total. That weak handful of clams. The grand total of 3 shrimp. Tons of fries, about half the meal was just unseasoned potato. Overall, it was tasteless. The only flavor came from the tartar sauce and the breading on the three pieces of shrimp. I paid 34 dollars for this. One star for service too because I wasn't warned against buying it"

"I lived down the street from the original Kelly's and ate there often. I tried the one in Sarasota today, and it was excellent. The fish and chips was a very good meal at a very reasonable price. I'll say the same for the roast beef sandwich. The service was fast and friendly."
"New England born and raised lived at Kelly’s on Revere beach as a kid. Fish plate was 50 cents and my favorite! Nearly 50 years later the franchise lands in Florida and I brought my mom to enjoy with me. The fish plate was spot on perfect! So happy to report! Will be back again for sure!"
"Seems like an off day compared to all the other reviews but my honest thoughts are The steak sandwich was too dry for me, French fries where undercooked (still had a whitish look to them) and the coleslaw was dry and too much celery seed add for my taste. The staff are very friendly and the location is very clean. Going to give it another try for a Lobster roll or Hamburger."
