"Gratuity included. The girl with the neck tatoo gave horrible service. We were asked if we wanted to cash out after ordering our first drink. We waited an hour for our second drink order to be taken. Then, she said she’d bring back our bill and didn’t. She was stopping and talking to people not in her section right in front of us. I know because I watched a separate waitress tend to their table. We had to walk up to the bar to get our card. They also don’t answer their phone. Also, don’t plan on ordering decent cocktails at this “resort”. They can’t even make a mojito. It’s all just mixes. Also, we just checked and they aren’t even open when google says 11am or their website for that matter. I understand giving businesses a second chance. But, three times we’ve tried. 1. Didn’t answer phone as we were trying to get dinner coming in from Michigan. 2. Horrible wait staff experience. 3. Not even open when they’re suppose to be. Notice how these good reviews are mostly locals. Looks like a resort but ran like a local dive."

"What a great outdoor venue with awesome live entertainment! I can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer and take advantage of all the outdoor amenities (great lounge areas/pool)."

"This was a fantastic place for a resort day pass! We had a group of 29 kids and adults, arrived at open and everyone was accommodating and friendly from the beginning. Enough to do for all ages, lay by the pool, check out the water slide, splash pad and bucket dump and even the hot tub. The bartender Dave was great from the beginning, kept up with all of us and was friendly and smiling. There were also 2 servers that brought food out to us and although I asked their names, I can’t remember them—but they were friendly and attentive all day. Food was GREAT and unexpected, as I thought we would just have “pool food”, but it was truly restaurant quality. Thanks to everyone, we will be back!"

"My wife and I stopped by on Karaoke night. Wyda Guzman and Jonathan hosted the event. Yes, there were quite a few customers who took to the mike and sang surprisingly well. In between Wyda sang some popular songs to fill in. Wyda sang and WOW she was fantastic. We were so impressed by this young woman's talents. I highly recommend going on the nights they perform."

"So this is my 5th time here and I have to say everyone is very awesome and helpful. The food and drinks are great as well as the service from the balmoral team. Food comes out much sooner than expected. I came in for an early lunch today and Monica did an excellent job. This is my new place of choice for food and drinks."
